Surprisingly, milk (of the ultra-pasteurized kind), yoghurt and ice cream have become popular here. I suppose some people are lactose-intolerant, and they just avoid it. Cheese, on the other hand, has not caught on. The local equivalent is tofu, which comes in many more styles than in the States. Butter is also almost non-existent, at least where I live.
So no pizza?
