What mystifies me about the whole BENGHAZI!!!!11!!!!!! thing is why anyone would give a shit about what it was that they were supposedly lying about?

What is the big hairy deal about whether the attackers attacked because of the video, and why does it matter whether an initial assessment, carefully couched in qualifiers, was accurate?

I still don’t get that. I’ve asked a lot of Behghazi-mongers exactly what the O administration was lying about and have never gotten a straight answer.

The outrage doesn’t seem to stem from what they lied about - it seems to stem from the act of lying itself. And no, that doesn’t make a lick of sense to me, either.
