Usually* they simple try to counsel the prospective mother against choosing abortion in favor of adoption. They also rely heavily on religious guilt as a major tool to browbeat prospective mothers.

If you can run a fake abortion clinic then why not a fake health insurance site?

(*There was one notable exception where the fake clinic continued to delay and reschedule women for the procedure until it was simply too late for them to get a legal abortion under state laws.)
