I don’t defend the “exclude the gays” provisions inserted into some recent state Religious Freedom Restoration Acts, and the Illinois RFRA is an older version that does not contain such provisions nor does Gov. Rauner support its amending to include said provisions.

So I can’t answer your question because I do not know the answer. I made my own peace with gayness back in 2003 and have kept that peace since then.
