Commentators with a history of troubling statements like Pat has should not be near the major nets.

It’s not a matter of not allowing them to express their opinions - the major nets have the right, and i would posit the responsibility, not to hire people as commentators who are purposefully divisive on racial, sexual or gender lines.

Problem is,, slippery slope

I mean, who gets to decide if someone is purposefully divisive on racial, sexual or gender lines.

We can all agree on the extreme blatant instances, I’m sure, but as you get away from that, a what point do you say “well, that statement isn’t that bad”. Wheres the line??
