I posted earlier down thread and on Twitter that I honestly believe he sabotaged his (unwanted) nomination with the demands he made. He knows the job would be a nightmare and they (FC) would knife him in the back even faster than they did Boehner.

Freepers are going on at some length about “who does he think he is to dictate his terms?” They seem to miss the point that if he does it, he will be doing the GOP a favor.
