Yeah I was going to ask about the Hmong too. IIRC they’re a mountainous people so they probably don’t use too much if any seatood but probably have some great dishes.

I go through the Hmong district every Monday when I take the light rail transit from Minneapolis to St. Paul (and back). I don’t know much about them, but they have a prominent place on University Avenue.
