Then we can agree that if Fox can’t hold it’s own against those who question them, then their reliability should suffer and at some point they may not have the same voice in the media that they now have. Flip side of that, their rating could go through the roof.

It’s a business, not a charity, the media, none of them, really gives a rats-ass about anything but ratings and revenue. It’s a bad habit that you may have not noticed.

I don’t give much weight to whether a news outlet is fair or balanced, that’s not what keeps them on the air. Simple proof of that, loo at Becks ratings.

Case closed. We can pontificate all we want. Doesn’t change a thing.

it would be all fine and dandy if fox “news” was a comedy show or a sci fi show or whatever,no harm in having millions of people enjoying shows about spaceships battling in space or millions laughing at pratfalls and shtick ..but as they are now,they masquerade as news and get lots of folks thinking in ways that harm the rest of us…but at the end of the day ratings rule and money cares not for right or left lies or truth.
