My guess is the wingnuts will complain about whatever trial arrangements are made, lawyers appointed, judges etc. The Neo-con thing is pretty freshly dead on the right and the Alex Jones conspiracies about the War on Terror are still taking hold on the right. Give them another year or so and the Tea Parties will be claiming these arrests are false flag operations to justify World Government.
