It’s not a desirable outcome, but its the only one I see working right now. Things are too hostile and toxic to reach a deal right now, and until some cool-off time has passed nothing will change. I don’t like this idea, Gus, because I’d prefer a deal, really I would. But it is not possible at the moment, given the politics of the issue.
