Hang on, I’ve been in Tiananmen Square. No hassle at all. At the time, they were showing the mummified corpse of Mao, and I joined a long line to have a look. Everyone was really respectful, to the Great Helmsman and, indeed, to me.

But reportedly many went through the line several times just to make sure the SOB was dead.
