OT: My wife is making the ferry reservations now to go to and from Juneau … like our reservations on the Lake Huron ferry a couple years ago, the smallest car length you can pull from the dropdown menu is way longer than our car.

Parallels in our existence scare me sometimes: Eastern European descent, I played in a hammer dulcimer band in the 80’s and again about eight years ago, work as a translator/editor and share most of your political views. And we used to drive a Smart until my ex totaled it on a snowy road. (She was safe but for some bruises from the seat belt)

I can assume we are some sort of distant genetic relations.
