Tofu isn’t considered meat for the purposes of kosher is it?

Theoretically, a Jewish person could have a “cheeseburger” with a “patty” made out of tofu and other vegetable products.

Tofu is kosher and pareve (pareve: neither meat nor dairy)

So yeah, you could have a tofu vegan “cheeseburger” but it would suck.
