He does understand this was a civil case, right? Or am I expecting too much?

He’s banking on someone filing criminal charges in Florida against Denton, and Denton being arrested, tried and convicted on violating the privacy of Hulk Hogan.

But someone aggrieved has to file the charges first, and somehow I doubt Hogan will bother.
