Schlafly was pretty uniquely evil and awful.

Read where she opposed anti-segregation plank in 1960 GOP platform. She was just across-the-board hideous on all the issues.

Not to mention a hypocrite. The woman who told other women to stay home and cook dinner, when she rarely did.
