Let us be grateful for that stupidity.

Honestly, I don’t think he CAN change. Look at his speeches - if he’s not READING, he’s RANTING. That’s all there is to him. There’s no sane, quiet Trump who isn’t reading the TelePrompTer. As long as he doesn’t have a script in front of him, he sounds like a crazy idiot.

And he’s shown no ability to learn from his mistakes. He has literally made exactly the same extremely damaging mistake 3 times, and each time, there MUST have been SOMEBODY telling him he was shooting himself in the foot. If he’d never repeated the catastrophic mistake of going after Judge Curiel, or if he’d stopped with the Khans or Machado after one or two days, I’d worry. But he went a WHOLE WEEK when everyone was telling him how bad it was.

So, in the end, I’m not sure what debate prep that doesn’t involve a hypodermic needle would actually help him.
