I’m so sorry to hear that you’re still having problems with KLM and that they’re pushing the problem off on to their chosen courier service. It is still all on them, which doesn’t make it any easier.

And that your husband’s meds are still MIA is even more worrying and a real problem. I can only hope that you get the bags soon. In the meantime, if you might be able to get the meds you need from a local pharmacy after explaining the situation and it might get covered with trip insurance (if any), your regular insurance, or intl med insurance.

Wishing you the best that this doesn’t mess with the rest of your trip and that you’re both well.

We have given up on the bag even though KLM still has 3 hours to bring it to this apt before we have to leave for the airport.

I also gave KLM the flight number to Tel Aviv (which is El Al) and the address where we are staying in Jerusalem.

We can replace all the clothes (including the Sabbath frock) in Israel, and Zedushka is preparing a list of his meds for his doctors subs (who are also all on vacation) to fill at a pharmacy in Jerusalem. Buying stuff in Israel is a lot easier because we know where the stores are & speak the language.

There is no point in chasing around to buy underwear & stuff in Prague, we’ll enjoy lunch and I’ll buy some tchotchkas.
