They’re not merely saying that they will stop an arrest from happening. they’re saying that they will prevent it from happening again. How on earth is that anything but a threat under the Kentucky statute?

I don’t know what else to say. I gave detailed responses to this question a couple of times. Yet some commenters (since there are a few I won’t say you because it’s kind of fluid) just keep ignoring any discourse and keep repeating this desire to arrest these people you disagree with because you disagree with them. The law that was cited above doesn’t really give anybody probable cause to make the arrest because it would be easy to fight in a court of law.
But what the hell, here we go again. The Oaf Keepers have not hurt anybody. Their statements do not say they will use force or violence to stop these proceedings (or those they’ve been associated with in the past). If you rounded up the usual suspects, they would go to a judge and be out on the streets by sunset, and YOU would find yourself in legal doodoo, both criminal and civil.
