Anti-vaxxer (succumbed to hoax) is for free insulin and chemo?

I’m going out later to pick up some free drugs from my local pharmacy. If I needed them I’d get free insulin and even chemotherapy drugs and I’m not special, anyone living where I do (Scotland) has the same deal going on.

Did the original poster have a point (apart from the one on the top of her head)?
