Roast. And don’t overdo it. There’s no fat, and damn near no connective tissue in tenderloin, so slow cooking is wasted on it. Or it’s wasted on slow cooking. Something like that.
True, but if I slow cook with BBQ sauce I can make pulled pork sandwiches and fries. If I roast, then I will have to go with Augratin potatoes and peas.
