Ah, the day after Thanksgiving. I started my day with a turkey-banana smoothie. Lunch? Turkey sandwiches. Dinner will be turkey pizza with Baked Turkey Alaska (Turkey chunk cake covered with turkey ice cream) for dessert.

I have been spared the endless turkey leftovers this year. Buying one of those whole roast chickens at the store and splitting it with the boyfriend means all the meat got consumed in two meals. Now all that’s left are some leftover greens and green bean casserole.
