Well they haven’t actually done what they’re THREATENING TO DO. Good fucking grief.

That’s why their statements fit the criminal charge of making terroristic threats. It’s the threat of interfering with the lawful execution of a government action - in this case the orderly affairs of a federal district court.

The threat is backed up by their presence in the state with heavily armed and armored nitwits who are seeking to pick a fight with law enforcement in the state. This is exactly the kind of situation the laws stated above envision.

Other charges that could be brought (the federal law is below, and the equivalent state laws would be similar in scope as indicated below):

18 USC 1503 - influencing an officer of the court (for making threats) by threats or force (or both).
18 USC 1509 - obstructing court orders.
18 USC 1511 - obstruction of state and federal law enforcement.

For instance, obstruction of government operations - KY Stat 519.020

Intimidating a participant in the legal process - KY Stat 524.040
