I think someone did a good job breaking it down:

1. Racists who know they’re racist, i.e. the alt-right.

2. Racists who don’t think they’re racists (“I’m not a racist, but…”)

3. People who are okay with racism.

Frank put it pretty well the other day:

There are three possibilities:

1. You are a racist.
2. You’re okay with racism.
3. You’re too dirt-stupid to recognize racism.
