Ala. hospital halts IVF after state’s high court ruled embryos are “children”

Alabama has a state income tax. Looks like some people are going to declare a lot of dependents. Question, who takes care of the embryos if the parent’s estate does not pay for the freezers after the parents die? Does the state have to take that on?

Of course, Exodua actually describes the costs of actually causing a miscarriage. It is a fine decided on by the woman’s husband and the judges. So, this ruling not only goes against the Bible, it tells those of the Jewish faith they have to go against their own beliefs.

According to Jewish scripture, a person is not alive until they take their first breath. These embryos not only have never taken a breath, they don’t even have lungs!
