I’ll have a similar view in 5 (or so) years when I retire. We bought a piece of property on Gulf Shores Alabama about a year after Katrina. The land is now all paid off, house has been designed, contractor chosen and groundbreaking next spring.

Sweet! You gonna marry your cousin down there when you retire? I mean, did you get a good deal on the property? Where will you find enough galvanized aluminum to build your lean-to? I mean, how big a place are you building?
