Heat is supposed to encourage blood flow.

My feet are just normally cold, except on days like today when nothing is cold. I hate the heat.

That’s why I started doing the heat. Three weeks ago the swelling started from sitting on my butt doing computer work. Plus this weird chair I was using didn’t help. I kind of panicked. Took off the cast and almost felt kind of faint. Started doing heat baths. Keeping my leg up more. Got it on a heating pad now. I hate too hot and too cold. I like warm. If given a choice between too hot and too cold I prefer too hot. I was never like that in my youth. Now that I’m getting older I prefer the hotter climates.
