I really want to see if I can pull off onsen tamago . A friend of mine has just discovered proper ramen, and it’s gotten me thinking about making some myself, complete with soft-boiled egg accompaniment.

Still looking for an Instant Pot, though. Will eventually resort to Amazon, but I like buying in local retailers when possible. And I’ve spread the information disease good news to my sister, who is also curious.
