That’s what the Democrats have been talking about doing. The concern is that the court will strike down whatever they do. If we get full control of Congress we can do this, then expand the court after they strike it down and the American people are experiencing this rage again. The Republicans made a radical change. I’m ready for more radical change that they won’t like so much.

Expand the court before they strike it down. And if the GOP doesn’t like it, that’s just too bad.
