I don’t think he’s blinded so much as Limbaugh places his desire to see Obama gone above all honesty and decency, He’s not truly blind, but he doesn’t care what happens to rural Ugandans as long as it wounds Barack Obama.

Limbaugh is just one organ, the mouthpiece, the disease is systemic throughout the GOP. If you replace rural Ugandans with the economy it explains filibustering the debt ceiling.
