The GOP debate is much watch tv again tonight now that Trump is threatening to file a birther suit against Cruz. Cruz must attack Trump because he badly needs a South Carolina win. Pass the popcorn for hot wingnut on fascist action!

So if I’m reading the headlines and tweets right…

Donald Trump “truly believes” that Ted Cruz is constitutionally not qualified to run. Donald Trump “truly believes” that he has standing to bring suit and have Ted Cruz tossed from the race. Donald Trump “is sincerely concerned” with standing up for ordinary citizens.

But he’ll maybe bring that suit, or maybe not, depending on whether Ted Cruz is nice to him?
