Presidential primary is too long and disruptive to the nation.

This was the first tweet which I accidentally ommitted.
Bill Maher says that the primary process ought to be long because America is over-endowed with undecideds; and that these people are dumb and need an extended open window of time in which to blunder into the discussion and make a decision. Maybe it’s one of those throwaway remarks that sometimes make him funny but doesn’t add anything to the conversation.
Primary season, while enjoyable, is too long.
Mutant narratives get too much sunlight and poison the groundwater for the general. It also makes those of us with less stamina mix metaphors.
