I do shop at Border’s. I used to work for the other big chain company and have good reason to not shop there anymore. I also used to work at, and even managed, independent bookstores. I don’t tend to find Border’s to be too obviously biased. Right now I am sure that you will find plenty of displays of books about Obama, but that is perfectly understandable when you consider the interest in him right now. Border’s is, after all, trying to sell books.

That is a very good point. It is capitalism, after all. I do appreciate the irony of money being made off commies. I just prefer to shop online because a) I am lazy; b) I am stingy.
