Depends. Do you think “having a conversation” with the Coach would change anything? Or would it possibly make it worse for your son.
We all run into people who don’t like us, and have to learn to deal with it.
IF you decide to do anything, I would think approaching it as a parent, rather than a Board member, would be more likely to be successful.
