Ctrl + f is really handy isn’t it? :)

Still amazed how many people don’t even know that it exists.

In Firefox you can just hit the forward slash key and start typing into the quick find box, then hit F3 for “find next”. I love it because the search box closes itself automatically after about 10 seconds.

It’ doesn’t work well on some pages though, like Twitter, where hitting the “/” just triggers the page’s search form field.
