There are lots of people who don’t pay attention to anything other than TV comedies and what’s for dinner (and lunch and breakfast).

We’re lazy about a lot of things, not the least of which is politics, which we like to leave “to others” and then complain, moan and cry about it.

It’s worse than that - the people who buy into the shit about Keystone, tax cuts, and the minimum wage are really engaged.

Crazy and stupid and demonstrably wrong, but engaged.
