Nonsense. In much of the West Bank Palestinians are actually governing themselves.

There are A, B, and C areas. There are areas of shared civil administration, Israel only zones, and Palestinian only zones. There are places that Israelis are not allowed to go because of prohibitions put in place per Oslo and follow up documents.

Where Palestinians claim that they are being repressed are areas that fall inside the boundaries of the greater Jerusalem area and certain places where Israeli communities are adjacent to Arab communities and Israel has built security fences to protect Israelis from terror attacks (which continue in the WB but at a significantly reduced level due to better policing by Fatah in the WB - a point that Hamas exploits by calling Fatah collaborators with Israel).
