Wish I was still working nights, then I’d be able to converse with your good selves more regularly.

Had to make the transition from nights to days. Took me several months to adjust. I feel your pain :)

The older I get, the harder the transition is

We’re 24/7/365 and there’s only 5 of us. So we rotate every 4 months with two of us on overnights and the other 3 on days. i’ll do 4 months of overnights, 8 months of days *, then 4 overnights and 4 of days

Rinse,,, repeat

*,, the day shifts run anywhere from 10 a.m till 10 p.m,, or noon till midnight ,,,
