Ironically, after Hurricane Katrina obliterated the MS coast in 2005, there were a shit ton of Latinos who came into this area to help rebuild. So much so that some locals jokingly said that FEMA actually stood for “Find Every Mexican Available”. I’m sure not all those folks were legal but they still busted their asses side by side with the rest of us.

(Yesterday ICE raids were in the greater Jackson area).

I want to know who is going to work in the plants now? Are they just going to go out of business? What’s the plan?
