Speaking of laughter, here’s one of the wingnuttiest things that’s passed across my Facebook timeline probably ever. The man writing this is my disgraced 8th grade teacher (back story: he resigned amid allegations of sexual misconduct with a couple of the male students in my class, he was to be arrested but he fled and after that the victims refused to press charges. He installs security systems now, I think, and hasn’t set foot in Colorado in well over a decade.). Lizards, oh connoisseurs of wingnut, behold!

Parse that however you wish. It’s a wonderful cornucopia of derp, religious extremism, sci-fi references (I think ? ) and general fear and loathing. Hey, it made me laugh!
