Toddler trapped in a Tesla after its battery discharged

She had put toddler into car. Closed door and batteryhas died. So could not open door from outside. A toddler is not going to know how to open the door from the inside. Heck, adults would not know how to from the back seat.

The Tesla approved way to deal with this is too open up a hidden door that gets you access to wires that let you open the hood. Then jumper the battery to provide power and open the door.

Like somone has a jumper to use even if one figures out how to open the hidden door. Really stupid.

She had to call the fire dept. who broke the glass to get in. What a stupid design.
