The neocons are conspiring on how they can get control of the U.S. military, which is their ultimate prize, right now in the Obama years.

I think their strategy right now is to form and infiltrate progressive think tanks so they can kind of cross over work with the dems while they have the levers of power.

Neoconism inevitably leads to higher taxes/debt to pay for the adventures, plus the erosion of liberties such as the Patriot Act which led to a myriad of arrests without warrants. It’s pure fantasy that they’re pushing.
