First, you can’t make noise if the media doesn’t amplify. Second a tiny minority watches cable news or reads news except what is passed around on social media so even if it is picked up it has little impact.

The people I work with, most of the older ones (> 40) watch Fox. If Pelosi stood at a podium for 24 hours, they would hear Hannity.
