It is extremely important when writing letters of complaint to get directly to the point, to be brief and respectful, to present your argument/objection rationally, and to absolutely refrain from using insulting, emotional or abusive language or rhetoric.
Derisive diatribes are immediately disregarded and dismissed out of hand as the rantings of a deranged crank, and will not have any impact other than giving the recipient a brief moment of laughter.
