Sure. Mine did too. And when i approved things, i verified dollar amounts; i didn’t run around researching every receipt to see if it was a bar or a strip bar. That’s not the approver’s job at most places.

The point is to put people in charge of junkets who aren’t going to make this decision in the first place. I’d be more concerned about the people who hired her than the people who signed her reimbursement request…

My bosses in their wildest of voyeur dreams, would never, ever think to put such an expense through. Hell, some of them don’t even claim their meals!

We have to include the name, address, reason for expense and what the expense was used for. “Entertainment” is sufficient on our form. I’ve never used it in 10 years. Of course, I work for a private company and don’t charge their clients for such things.

Brown, the one whose card they used, was not working in the RNC. He was a campaign donor, but told he would be reimbursed by the RNC. We know he was told, somehow, someway because the expense was approved by Meyers.
