People who are complaining that young folks aren’t signing up and are quipping that only 23% of the enrollees are in the young age cohort seem to willingly ignore that the desirable age cohort is about 23% of the overall population.

In other words, they’re signing up in proportion to their presence in the general population. They aren’t shunning ACA.
