What a horrible day. Along with the mayhem of cops and other bad news going on, it’s been raining all day here, and I’m suffering the effects of the course of the “cure” of Cipro, potassium and Flagyl given to me over a week ago, along with the bland diet (no spices or natural form foods, like nuts, seeds, grains, etc). Must cook veggies to death, also. I do have a qt of Fage plain yogurt, but even eating a full cup of it doesn’t satisfy, although it could be putting back the good bacteria I need for my gut.

And I’m craving white carbs like a monster.
