Public Charter Schools are not religious schools.

I know this. That is why I put both charter schools and vouchers. You said, “Charter schools are public schools that are subjected to all the rules and regulations that Public schools have to.”. I posted link above that says: “Is exempted from most local and state educational laws” to respond to what you have said. I realize that vouchers are different that charter schools, but I was responding to a post made with a link to an article about religious groups. I was using the religious example only to be relevant to the post I was writing too.
