With the teabaggers that are joining the House, herding a pack of rabid wolverines will be easier for Boehner than actually getting any legislation done.

The Tea Party loons are already promising hearings about Climategate and investigations into Obama (read: Birthers, ahoy!). Add Luap Nor possibly overseeing the Fed and absolutely nothing will get done. They’re already talking about a government shutdown being Obama’s fault, for crying out loud.

We’re in for two years of gridlock and idiocy unless the R’s can somehow beat the teabaggers into a state of reasonableness.

You’re exactly right. But the new Reps will be junior in the committees and won’t drive hearings. And Luap Nor, despite his son being being a shiny new Senator, is anathema to the Rank and File in the Senate.
