How many normal, non-dictatorial regimes retain the same administration in power for 30 years?

How many non-dictatorial regimes have a “security force” that outnumbers the military by three to one?

We supported this fellow as a reward for supporting US foreign policy initiatives regardless of how corrupt or dictatorial he was within his own borders.

Decisions like that have consequences, we are just reaping them.

You know what, I think Rand and Ron Paul might be onto something if I go by this logic - let’s pull back from our foreign aid commitments and agreements, treaty obligations and trade agreements too.
Foreign Engagement is way too over-rated….
