.. meanwhile North Carolina passes a law saying that the bill of rights doesn’t apply to the states and that Christianity is the official religion of North Carolina. And from the right I don’t expect to hear any complaints.

Let me know if anyone complains about them deep sixing the constitution (until the Supreme Court puts them in their place).

I just wish wish wish there could be a hefty fine for wasting the supreme Court’s time with frivilously unconstitutional laws. Fine them 100 million $ each time.
